Beep Beep ABC 123

I created this series of illustrations when my son was little. He was mad about vehicles and I had never been interested in drawing them as found them tricky/boring. So this was me going out of my comfort zone. By making them not just any boring old vehicle- and making them with a story/purpose/character, I made them mine and I really enjoyed creating them. It was a good lesson to myself not to write something off as not being your thing… that anything can be your thing if you come at it from the right angle and you find a way that works for you.

I created postcard sets of this series of illustrations and also an A1 poster. I would have absolutely loved to have made it into a giant puzzle!
